Shipping Policy

Orders placed through this website may include soft pretzels, bites, gift assortments, flavoring salts and sugars, sauces, spreads, candles, or serving accessories. We ordinarily need about 1–2 business days to prepare an order. Holiday volume, verification, weekends, and operational demand can add time.

A shipment usually has an estimated 2–4 business-day journey after it leaves us. The estimate is not promised or guaranteed, since carriers, weather, service-area limits, and other disruptions can change delivery. Free shipping applies only when checkout shows it for the specific cart and destination.

Customers are responsible for entering a deliverable address and current email and phone information. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. For a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing scan, or damaged parcel, send the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and a clear account of what occurred. Images of damage and external packaging can help with review.

Some destinations or items may be subject to carrier or legal restrictions. We may hold an order while correcting incomplete delivery information. Order inquiries should contain enough identifying information for us to locate the purchase without delay.
