What products are available? This website presents soft pretzels and bites, snack samplers, occasion and gift boxes, salts, sugars, dips, spreads, a scented item, and practical accessories.

How do delivery charges and timing work? Free shipping exists only when it appears at checkout. Preparation normally takes around 1–2 business days; the carrier estimate is commonly 2–4 business days after dispatch and is not guaranteed.

What if I selected the wrong product or simply changed my mind? A mail return or exchange can be requested within 30 days after delivery. We accept defective and non-defective requests. A non-defective product must be new, unused, in original condition, and kept in original packaging. A free return label is included with the package. There is no restocking fee.

How are damage, defects, missing items, or wrong shipments handled? Send the order number, checkout email, explanation, and photos or video of the item and package before mailing anything. Authorization is required, and exchange availability depends on inventory. We process an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days.

What can I use to pay? Support is limited to options visibly offered by checkout. No enabled payment brand was exposed during this review, so payment cannot be completed until checkout presents a method that can be authorized.
